Property owners and authorized property managers can register. Owner verification and the property review process determine when management tools and public listing access become available.
Will my listing become public immediately?
No. New listings need to be reviewed by the ROOMZY team. A property should become visible to residents only once the required approval has been completed.
Can I add different room types and prices?
Yes. You can organize room types with their own rent, deposit, capacity and available quantity so residents can review the accommodation options.
Do I review requests before a resident moves in?
Yes. The ROOMZY workflow allows an owner to review room requests before an approved request progresses into a rental and check-in.
What happens while my owner verification is pending?
You can explore the owner portal, but management actions that require an approved account remain restricted until ROOMZY completes the verification process.
